Return and Refund Policy

You can buy with confidence knowing that you have 30 days to try the Petree Litter Boxes in your home. If you want to return, read our return policy and follow the return procedure below.

To return Petree Litter Boxes, you should first reach us at contact@petreelitterboxes.com. 

Within 30 days, if you want to return because of machine malfunction, then we will handle the return free of charge. If you want to return because of your personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are typically $20-$40, depending on where you live. 

All the Petree accessories are non refundable. They include: Petree waste bag, Petree curtain, 7 Litres Waste Bins, Petree Deodorization Box, Petree  Silicon Pads, Petree Litter Pad

Return Policy

1. You need to contact us by email first to let us know you are returning the product in advance. If you just directly return the product or reject the delivery without letting us know, there will be a $60 restocking fee per machine.

2. Please make sure your Petree is clean and carefully packed to avoid any damage during shipment. Packing with the original materials is your best and most eco-friendly option. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to you within 7-10 business day.

3. If you return Petree with used condition, we will charge a cleaning fee $80 per machine and restocking fee $60 per machine. In total we will deduct $140 per machine from the original price.

4. If you return the products to our warehouse under good condition, we will refund you the full price of your purchase within 3-5 business days after we receive the products.

Return Process

1. Please Send an Email to contact@petreelitterboxes.com titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.

2. We will send you a return address. Please carefully package our product in original condition and provide us the tracking number.

4. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in US, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 

5. Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.

6. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 3-5 days.

Refund Policy

1. If you return because you receive damaged product, we will issue full refund including shipping cost.

2. If you return based on other reason than damaged goods, we will refund you the product price but we will not cover the shipping fee. We provide a return label, but we will deduct a shipping fee $70 when refunding.

3. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 3-5 days after we finish the return process.
